What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Each item takes a different amount of time for productions, this information can be found on the items description page. Most items are made to order and all are made by hand.
Can I cancel/return my order?
I do not allow cancellations or returns due to personalization and I make all of the items to order. I start production very quickly to ensure a good turn around time and can not allow for cancellations or returns.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong notify me via email at shop.milestonedesignsllc@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
All items are given a tracking number via USPS allowing you to track your package. Shipping on avarage takes 3-5 business days. If there is an issue or delay with your tracking or location please contact USPS for cordinate details.
