Returns & Refund
I do not accept Returns or Refunds
. Custom Orders and Personalized items can not be Returned or Refunded. If there is an issue with your order please reach out to me via email so that the item can be fixed. If a refund has been aprroved, shipping will be the responsibility of the returner. 

If by rare occasion and a refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact me.

Cancellations
I do not not accept cancellations. If there is an issue with your order, or you need to cancel and item you can email shop owner and see if an accomidation can be made, it is not garenteed, if the item has been started it will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
